Nothing beats a hot Christmas by the pool! We recently styled and catered Rapid Plumbing and Gas' Christmas lunch and afternoon drinks in Mudgee.
Our vintage timber canoe was overflowing with Sydney rock oysters, tiger prawns, yabbies, seaweed salad and eschallot mignonette. Add in a couple of glazed hams, a lamb spit and clam shells of Coronas - and you have a pretty happy little backyard party.
